Please read below our exchange & return policies before you order or return any item.
Prior to returning a product, please note that each Rustique piece is unique and imperfect. Do not search for flaws in design. Also understand that colours do differ from screen to screen.

Still, if you wish to return the item, please make sure they are returned new, unused with their original packaging and tags in place. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service, and send us the shipping details by email.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.
We are a company based out of Mumbai and no returns are accepted on International orders.

Please write to us at info@rustique.in with the reasons for exchange and order details.

In case of a return due to damage or incorrect product:

In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should send us an email with a photo of the product along with the code within 24 hours of receiving the product and return it within the next 48 hours.

We request you not to accept the goods if they are unsealed or seal is broken, at the time of delivery; as this reason will not be accepted for return of goods.

We will then re-ship to you an alternate product or refund the amount (shipping cost will not be included) within seven working days.

Credit Note Policy

In the event that the buyer does not want to take an alternate product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convenience charge of Rs. 150. This credit note would be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Cancellation

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, in the event of an unfortunate circumstance you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation fee of 3% bank transaction charges will be deducted at the time of refund for cancelled orders in case of Debit/Credit card/NEFT /Wallet payments

Orders placed during the time of any promotions / discounts cannot be cancelled.
