Shipping Policy

At Rustique.in, we are committed to ship our products with the best quality packaging, in a quick and safe manner. We deliver across India and worldwide.

All products are shipped within 3 working days. We ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Speed post.

COST is Rs. 100 within India for orders under Rs. 2500 and free above Rs. 2500.

All our prices are inclusive of taxes and exclusive of octroi, if applicable in your region.

COD facility is not available.

International shipping

All our international couriers are shipped from Mumbai through India Speed Post – EMS.
For international shipping, cost is ACTUAL. Please write to us with your full delivery address details at lalaine@rustique.in for the estimate.

On placing your order, all details will be shared before the shipment is processed.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

For international orders, VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per individual country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise on the duty amount. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
